Your Opportunity at BVH

BVH distributes bitumen, speciality bitumen and polymers for road construction and roofing membranes. We focus on marketing our own and third-party products for these industries, both in Germany and other European countries.

• Responsible management and coordination of research projects (also in cooperation with external research institutions)
• Management and organisation of our bitumen laboratory
• Awarding and monitoring research contracts to universities and laboratories
• Participation in expert committees
• Quality management and complaint handling
• Technical customer advice on the application of our products (road & roofing)
• Supporting process optimisation through the targeted use of polymers
• Formulating polymer bitumen and developing polymer blends
• Evaluating international developments in the polymer sector (road & roof)

Your profile:

We welcome applications from civil engineers or chemists who ideally have one or more of the following interests or areas of expertise:

 For Civil Engineers:
·      Interest or initial experience in road construction.
·      Curiosity or experience in polymer chemistry.

For Chemists:
·      Basic knowledge or interest in plastics, particularly polymers for road and roofing.
·      Openness to exploring road construction and technical applications.
